Well that was a surprise come back and very enjoyable against the current league leaders.
Stevenson played left back with Mascoll in front of him, an indication perhaps that he is alsothe preferred choice there of the two. Incidentally Page was watching and seemed to be moving freely.
Morgan and Maloney were good as were Junior and the always impressive Dempsey when they came on. Clarke looked OK and was good in possession. First sight of young right back Barton. Did well in possession but got caught out of position on several occasions and often outmuscled. Lovechild decision making was poor and looked to have regressed.
Ipswich were the better side but once we pulled one back, we dominated and were the more likely winners. A good turnout, including a fair few Ipswich.8 -
