I'd love to know why Perisic was jumping up with his arm at such a weird angle like that. Almost like if the ball happened to hit it, he could claim it was accidental and get away with it.

As the BBC pundits have said France have offered nothing. We can’t have the biggest game in sport being won by a team that look like they don’t belong there.
They need to turn it on to win the respect of the football world second half.
Fact is - they have looked useless in this game yet are somehow winning it.
