    I would always usually be rooting for the team playing against whoever knocked us out.

    Not this year - no controversy or foul play in the semi. We lost fair and square. Would love to see Croatia become World Champions. It’s the last chance they will get with this golden generation

    Croatia are one of those sides who certainly baffle

    As they said on the BBC earlier... there is no Grassroots in their country, no version of St George's Park or the French version (forgotten the name), yet they're always up there and as this their second Golden Generation in 20 years you'd expect there to be another soon

    Decent start from Croatia but i'm convinced they'll tire as the game goes on. Surely 3 lots of extra time will catch up with them.

    Disagree since there 3rd place finish in 1998 there World Cups have gone

    I actually gave a ‘Yes!’ with a small punch of the air.

    I really want them to win this.

    If anything it strengthens our claims for a successful World Cup and increases my hopes for Euro 2020 if we can say we near enough matched the World Champions

    Watching it on iplayer in 4K, read it on here that Croatia had scored, then it went in.
