Bad day for traffic in Dartford

Secondly - heavy down poor causes road flooding
Thirdly - tunnel closure adds to the above
Now
Fourthly - reports I'd a bus in the town centre ploughs into 20 car on a road it should not be on
What ever next??

Traffic was terrible on the A1/A1(M) and M25/M20 took me about 3 and a half hours from Peterborough to Maidstone0

Wow, reminds me of the old destruction derby at the end of stock car racing at Crayford Stadium. Hope no one was seriously injured.Justin20474 said:That is crazy

It has taken me over five hours to drive from Bexleyheath to Greenhithe this afternoon. Thought I'd avoid the A2 and go through Dartford. Oops.0

Hythe Street, heading out the centre so Prospect Place would be on your left and station on your right. Took a while to figure it out as the div filmed it in portrait.killerandflash said:

About £15 worth of damage........
Seriously though, hope everyone is ok.1 -
The scene looks like the drivers had a Michael Douglas Falling Down moment.
Hopefully everyone was ok.0 -
I blame Blakey. He told him to get that bus out0

There were some photos of flooded roads in the area earlier on. I wonder if this affected the brakes...0

He was arrested and remains in custody on a careless driving charge.

Don't know what a bus was doing in that road - as far as I know they don't go down there - even if it was brake failure, I don't understand how it got so far unless he kept his foot on the accelerator - was the bus stolen ?0
