As it stands, both us and Oxford are competing as mid table teams.
If Robinson leaves us for them now, he can spin it as "oh well Roland didn't give me backing, you remember all the protests" etc etc thus saving face and prolonging his managerial career...
If he waits until the new owners get rid of him, he'll have been sacked twice in his last two posts for massively underachieving with the resources he had at his disposal.
Which situation looks better on a CV?

I was on the fence with Robbo, but the wally has made me nose dive straight off. I don't think we will ever be where we want to be with him, we can't get a manager in now that we would want and that could fire us up the table. Just start again next season, hopefully with a manager with a bit more about him and a good squad2

Karl comes across as someone who is trying to manage a League One club as if they are a top Premier league club. It just does not work, sadly.

It would have to be a caretaker boss from within. Perm any 1 from Euell, Jackson or Bowyer. Or 2 from 3 or all 3 ! Euell should get it as he is the most qualified. If we don't beat Blackpool on Tuesday then season is all but over for us, may as well plan for next season with different personnel, don't like to change manager too often but his tactics are useless and the players are mostly individuals not a team.0

We can’t do anything until we have new owners. All of our problems stem from one man. We have had shit manager after shit manager since Powell was given the boot. Robinson is just another 2 bob chancer. We need to clear the decks and start again.
The play offs are still in reach, but we simply aren’t good enough to warrant a top 6 finish. Even if we did reach them, we wouldn’t make the final.
Robinson does need to go....but unless he jacks it in himself, he’s not going anywhere until we’ve got a new man at the top pulling the punches.
I’m just glad we have enough points to stay up, because of we were 10 points off, I’d be putting a few quid on relegation.
I can’t actually remember the last time we played well. The Walsall game we looked ok in parts, but they were pretty pony at the back that day.
