If this is true, and he is replacing Novak then that is the worst piece of transfer business EVER. I don't rate Novak, but anything would be better than a player who's only played 25 league games in his life.ForeverAddickted said:DODOO ON THE MOVE

If we don't bring in a striker then Roland will have totally destroyed any chance we had of promotion
I doubt any club has ever been promoted with just one striker in their squad0 -
Until January....and the point behind that is..Unless Godden is coming in as well.0

Charlton boss Karl Robinson said: “We have been looking for a striker that can complement what we already have.
“We have a big number nine in Josh Magennis and Joe gives us something different. I think fans will like him, he is quick, can stretch the game and get in behind defenders.
“It has been a really pleasing summer for us in terms of the quality we’ve been able to add to the squad and the players we’ve been able to retain. I think everyone will have seen the talent some of our new signings have and we still have Mark Marshall and a fully fit Ben Reeves to come back in – two of the best players in the division last season.
“It has been a busy few days and our focus is now very much on Oldham Athletic this weekend.”

Charlton Athletic have signed Rangers striker Joe Dodoo on loan until the January transfer window.
Addicks manager Karl Robinson has moved to add to his frontline with Lee Novak expected to wrap up a permanent switch to Scunthorpe United.
Ghana-born Dodoo, 22, started his career at Leicester City and has been capped at under-18 level by England.
He signed a four-year deal with Rangers in July 2016.
Charlton boss Karl Robinson said: “We have been looking for a striker that can complement what we already have.

Already needed a forward before we gave Novak away so I assume we'll be signing someone else too...? Of course not.5
