2-0 win. Aribo (Love that man) and Watt to score. Shall be listening with great intent on VP. COYA

I really admire anyone across the pond who listens to VP for a game like this one.
Cheers Valium. Gotta find a way to stay close to the action somehow. Also i have to work at 4:30 so I need something to keep me sane
I would of thought supporting Charlton these last few years would have sent you insane
My NFL and MLB team equally stress me out. Used to it by now
Yeah, Charlton and Surrey for me I know how you feel

    Thanks!

But trust me, this is mostly filling a deep void in my psyche, it's really not something you should admire.

Especially when you consider the injury absence of Marshall, Magennis and Lennon

We need a full back in I reckon.
  • I personally like the fact Jackson (coach/club captain) is in amongst the other players who are fighting for a first team place & right in the mix to push them onwards to achieve it.

If that's in reference to my comment, I've no issue at all with Jackson playing but it's been patently obvious for some time that he's no left back.

Has Maynard-Brewer jumped ahead of Beeney now. Anyone seen them both so can compare?

New Aussie owners insisting he plays.
  • No not a comment against anybodies previous comments. I just think it's a smart move to have Jackson in the mix in games like this encouraging & leading by example for players on the fringe of the first team.
  • We just do not do cups against lower league teams, especially the League cup. 1-0 to Exeter and another cup run is over.

Seems it's been that way since pre-season. AMB didn't have much to do the couple times he played in Ireland but he looked very awkward with the ball at his feet. The couple times I saw Beeney play for the yoot he looked a decent prospect. Not sure if AMB is simply more highly rated or if Beeney is thought to have gone backward. Or perhaps Beeney is just being lined for for a season long loan.

AmB is very highly thought of by the goalkeeping coaches.

I have only one question. WTF is Carabao?

Actually scrub that, we only go along with this nonsense if we discuss it.

Of course, if the game goes to penalties, we'll see the same ABBA format that they had in the Community Shield on Sunday - both sides will also be permitted a fourth substitute if it goes to extra-time.

The side we are putting looks fairly strong to me. Exeter 0-2 Charlton. Not that any of us really care that much.
