    As someone who suffers with my "Mental" health, I also find your use of the word totally out of order and thoughtless?

    You must be pretty pissed off at your avatar then.
    It's used deliberately and very tongue in cheek and if I choose to take the piss out of myself then that's my choice.

    I don't need other people who don't know anything about me, to use that term, thoughtlessly.

    If you had any understanding of Stigma and it's impact on the individual, is all I'm saying.

    I once spent a few months in Canada, a nation of very open hearted and generous people, though I have a few reservations about the Quebecoise .. massive country where nearly everyone lives just a few (relatively speaking) miles from the border with the US .. despite massive US influence, Canada retains much of its own culture and unique style of 'Britishness' .. Happy 150 to the Maple Leaves
