    Peter Bergen, perhaps one of the worlds top terror experts, says on CNN that this mosque is a well-known home for extreme Islamists.

    This will justify it is the opinions of some.

    Hate begats hate but this attack is no more justifiable that the other recent terror attacks although some will try to do so ( I see so called Tommy Robinson is already doing so).

    I believe two of those attacked held him on the ground until police arrived. Fair play to them as I'd have wanted to beat the crap out of him.

    What a shit few weeks in London, hopefully we can turn a corner soon.

    My thoughts go out to the victims.

    Mr Rahman told the BBC he struck the man and helped subdue him.

    "When the guy came out from his van he wanted to escape, run away and he was saying 'I want to kill Muslims. 'I want to kill Muslims.'

    "I hit him on his stomach... and then me and the other guys... we held him to the ground until he couldn't move. We stopped him until the police came."

    just like with every other attack, lets get the full story, the guy thats done this if deliberate is a coward and no better than any other attack that has taken place.

    RIP the victim and my thoughts are with everybody affected by this vile crime against humanity. We are at a point where we have to choose love over hate or things can get worse.

    It's been coming sadly and I think the athorities have been expecting it. Small example I know but Dorset Police introduced some temporary parking restrictions outside the local mosque after the Manchester attack so no one can park outside now for about 75m in each direction.

    Thoughts to anyone effected by this sick, cowardly attack.

    Terrible news and, as above, the perpetrators are just as cowardly and un-British in their values as the people who carried out the terrible attacks in Manchester and London recently.
