Vetokele to SInt Truiden tho Olly trying to say its not official on twitter. 6 month loan it seems
  • Adam Le Fondre linked with Bolton, Craig Davies linked with Scunthorpe.
  • Go get Will Grigg! Being allowed to leave for £2mil. Him and Magennis would have a good understanding playing together internationally too.

Roly would have a heart attack at that price, he hasn't stopped counting Lookman's dosh yet......Karl go and ask him

If he's going to St Truiden he may as well come back to Charlton. Either way Roland is still paying his wages and he's a better forward than Ajose.

Difficult with Botaka, as he may be out in Africa until after the window closes.

Mind you, apparently zero goals in 15 appearances for Zulte Waregem, according to Wikipedia, so not setting the world alight there.

"It is official. Brandon Mechele defender, winger boli bolingoli-mbombo and goalkeeper Sébastien Bruzzese come on loan from champions Club Brugge. Also Igor Vetokele will admire a half in the STVV-shirt. The Canaries take the Ostend lease with Angolan roots over Zulte-Waregem, which Vetokele hired from Charlton Athletic."

From the STVV site as saod Olly says it's not official.

Not sure why although assume it has been agreed verbally but paperwork not done.

I think with a young child he'd be happier to stay in Belguim than come back to Charlton.

Luke Murphy looked a good prospect at Crewe, lost his way a bit at Leeds I think. Toumani Diagouraga would give us some energy in midfield but he is 29.

Charlton with a Vetekele loan, helping Roland Duchatelet's main football concern, STTV - The poor sods, Duchatelet is unlikely to let them go. Charlton are more at the Standard Liege level of interest (Duchatetlet interested for how much money he can make from the decent young players at the club), and have more chance of being released from the limbo imposed football purgatory that Duchatelet has Charlton in.

Vetekele a good player, will be well suited to Belgium football. Shame Duchatelet nearly ruined the player at Charlton, with lack of striking support and mismanaging his injury.

Luke Murphy has signed for Burton. Diagouraga would be a good signing, could provide the energy to play alongside Crofts.

Left back Lewis Page signed from West Ham
  • Well that came from absolutely know where!
  • Seems we are we only signing players with slicked back hair and stubble.
  • That 1 came in under the radar. Fox definitely off then
  • We haven't perticularlly made massive steps this window so far. We've signed 3 people yes, but as replacements for lookman and fox with da silva potentionaly being a hit or miss. 3 decent signings but more work still needs to be done, let's just hope KR gets the backing he needs.

3 signings in 6 days isn't that bad going.

Just need to push on from here with a few more in midfield.

    Outs
Lookman £7.5 million raising to £11m (left midfield)
    Fox £700k (left back)
Foley (right back / central midfield water carrier cover at push)

    Ins
Da Silva Chelsea 17 year old loannee (left midfield)
Foster Caskey (central midfield water carrier / Brighton 5th choice)

    NB http://www.kumb.com/story.php?id=130658

Lewis Page, left back permanent formerly on loan at Cambridge. Loaned to Coventry City earlier this year (Left back cover for Chicksen)

Millions in and pennies spent (so far). Appears to be bargain basement shopping as per normal.

    Duchatelet happy.
