    Why does Jordan Henderson continue to exist? If you've got Dier on and you're playing Slovakia then you hardly need Henderson inaccurately passing it back to the full backs instead of passing the bloody ball forward

    The players just look like they have no idea what to do when going forward. Have they not worked on attacking phases of play at all? Gillingham v Sheffield United had more positive, flowing attacking moves than this nonsense

    Should have brought Antonio on. His brand of direct running and ability to pop up at the far post would have suited this match considering all the crosses coming in. Instead we get Walcott, whose pace isn't much use against a team camped out on their own goal line. Worrying stuff from Sam

    Second half so much better. Yes because they only have 10 but the you've gotta have a number 10 than a flat 3 midfield. Play between the lines.
