    Is it worth putting 20 quid on Portugal to win or should I just let it play out?

    Depends on your attitude to the risk. A £40 bet on Portugal winning the tournament at 15/8 should see you at least £55 better off no matter how the match goes.

    That was bleak. No corners in the last 15 minutes of normal time and Portugal didn't have the decency to wait until penalties before winning. Bit disappointed at the lack of Bet365 in-play offer as well, although probably saved me from further losses.

    Time for a holiday from betting I think.
