    Earlier in the thread someone stated it looked like it was going through quite quick and should be announced by Wednesday morning, so mid afternoon Tuesday everyones claiming its a massive shambles as it isn't signed and sealed yet.

    always likely to be a possibility. it's almost certainly why Northampton/Wilder wanted a statement put out there. draw other Clubs out now they know he's available. Surprised others like Forest havn't entered the fray yet. Seeing as he lives in Sheffield if they are now in for him it would be a no brainer from his point of view.
