Why does the SLP think it is good for them to print this garbage

Glad they done it before Kim-Jong Olly ;-) and the official site got their PR machine going though.
  • Well I've read it, compete waste of time. Prescripted rubbish, simple as. Bring on the next protest!

They say that Belguins are dull. Duchatele is living proof of this.
What a non interview that is.

Well fuck me, just when we think things cannot possibly get any worse, Duchatelet comes out and backs the most inept CEO to front any kind of business I have ever seen. Im so glad Im 10,000 miles away as Im absolutely fucking fuming. Total boycott time I think, but thats easy to say from where Iam. Over to you guys in the frontline. Happy to put another £50 in the kitty for the protest fund. If there is anything I can do from here you only need to ask.

All that nonsense has done is add more fuel to the ongoing fire. Need to keep hitting him hard, the only way he knows. His wallet.

Time to step up the protests even more.
  • Time to take over the club by all means necessary, balaclavas on fix bayonets and attack, fuck the nicey nicey standard stormed him, now we should

    Horrible to read.

You aren't learning from your mistakes Roland, so you are stupid.

I notice he never mentions trying to get promoted from the Championship even if we do stay up.

He thinks KM and RM are fantastic (big fan of yes men), and still thinks a small squad is a brilliant idea.

Little in the way of saying he'll invest in the squad, nothing regarding appointing competent managers.

    Guff. Worrying guff at that.

Nothing will change, we need KM out, RM out, and him to sell up.
  • So RD learns from his mistakes then!!!! What evidence backs that statement up as I can't see anything other than someone being unbelievably stubborn!!!
Nothing really said from the interview other than more bullshit and no actual hard facts. Waste of time.

  • Having read them, how the fuck did this man succeed in business ?
There are so many ridiculous comments in those 3 articles, I can't even begin to quote them.

Roland - you really don't get it do you.
  • He sounds like a 12 year old who just bought Football Manager. We should be even more concerned now.
  • Wow, RD really comes across as pretty thick in those interviews - he claims KM didn't call us customers despite the thing being available to watch on YouTube? How did someone like him amass such a vast fortune???

The most terrifying part of all is when he says

We are not spending time on planning for relegation. That’s not something we want to do.

Fast forward 12 months when we're battling against relegation to League 2 you can just see them saying "we never expected this to happen". When are they going to wake up and smell the sodding coffee.

I'll leave others to pick it apart.
I'm even more depressed. He doesn't worry how many mistakes he needs to make before he's an expert football club owner - and the club destroyed in the process.
He should have gone to a football school, not bought Charlton as a learning project.

Having read that I very disappointed, he contradicts himself on many levels. When I have time to disseminate it fully, I'll put my thoughts against his comments on here.

  • Waste of a Eurostar ticket Roland. And the SLP didn't even ask which station it was in THAT photo. Poor.

I liked the bit that he is glad to contribute to making us one of the 'nicest teams in the league'. What does that even mean?
  • Hey, the really important thing is that he wants us to be the nicest club in London (you know, the sort of club where no-one complains, or points out awkward stuff like the cretinous manner in which the regime is running the club....

It means he'll hope that we'll be nice and stop all these nasty protests.

I noticed the same - not 'best' team, or 'most successful', just nice.

The must infuriating line in those three articles is where he says that we are only angry because we are bottom/in the relegation zone!

If and when CARD issue a statement , can they highlight this and set them straight!

Glad he's finally listened, and acknowledging that "most of the fans are extremely unhappy" (not just 2%).

    However,

He hasn't learnt from mistakes, as they are still making them.
He is still backing a completely incompetent CEO.
The flannel he has given over PV's email for a takeover, is contemptable.
He talks total rubbish about smaller squads. They create competition for places, and players up their games!

The man is full of BS, and CARD must continue until he gets the hint and gets lost!
