    That list of Directors certainly brings back memories, from when we seemed to gain a new Director every 6 months, when the club managed to find yet another person willing to cough up some money!

    CEO is the face of the company and responsible for carrying out the boards objectives. Doesn't need to be a director and being a director of CAFC gives no power anyway, you rubber stamp the owners orders.

    CEO position is the one that shows where you stand with the board.

    Could be something or nothing, could be the start of removal of her authority, or just RD moving the deckchairs around or she might have resigned for pesonal reason.

    Can someone please explain what this means? Would it not have been fairly obvious by now that she'd left seeing as this was originally from December? Or is there some technical stuff that delays it?

    I doubt this means anything. She remains a Director of the primary holding company, Baton 2010. I assume it's just a (legal) technicality.

    Deckchairs. It's a corporate move and nothing to do with her continuing, wretched, unwelcome, destructive presence at the club.
