- Click on your name at the top of the forum.
- Click on the little box with a head and a drop down menu. Select Edit Profile
- CLick on Notification Preferences on the left hand panel
- Against 'Notify me when people comment on my discussions' - remove any ticks against pop-up or email
- Click on Save Preferences
