"Giraffe spotted outside william hill in Eltham highstreet"

"The endangered west African 20ft monster was seen by onlookers outside a betting shop in Eltham high street, with one of the locals Jack, 59, saying "wow ya don't see that everyday" and Charlton fan brad, claiming "Our replacement for Yann Kermorgant has arrived, he would be good in the air".

"People were left amused and baffled as to how an animal like a Giraffe could end up in Eltham high street. There were jokes a plenty, as people suggested the tallest mammal in the world needed to sign on as he was touching distance from the job centre and has emigrated from Africa's even poorer economy".

"For safety pre caution people were polity asked to wait in Argos while the situation was dealt with".

"The animal has since been captured and no one was harmed".
