    Persianfootball.com – LONDON, According to the Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA) Charlton Athletic FC is the latest club that has shown interest in Team Melli striker Reza Ghoochannejhad who is currently playing for Standard Liege FC in Belgium.

    In order to acquire Ghoochannejhad, Charlton has sent its official request to the Belgian club.

    ‘Gucci’, as the Iranian striker is nicknamed, had much success playing for the Iranian national team in 2013, but he did not enjoy the same at his club in the Belgian league.

    Consequently, Ghoochannejhad announced that he is looking forward to join a new club by January 2014.

    Reportedly, ‘Gucci’ will thrive to get much more playing time in his new club so that Carlos Queiroz will continue to invite him for Team Melli preparations and the finals of the World Cup 2014 Brazil.

    I notice Blackburn have said that they are willing to loan Alan Judge out for the rest of the season. Has been a Powell target in the past so assume we might be interested.

    I really wanted us to sign him and think he could do well at this level if he is given the time.

    Alan Judge would be a great solution to our Left-Mid problems - Hate to say it but would prefer him for the rest of the season over Stewart (or even if it means we loan out Green again)

    If so, it becomes clear that our transfer policy is only ever to pay a fee for players we let go at youth level. Smart.

    As a reminder, Charlton is a club that evolves Championship (English D2) and is courted by Roland Duchâtelet, the president of Standard.

    An attacking midfielder who apparently came through the Liverpool Youth Team (Didnt play a match)... Went on loan to Leicester and played five times before being signed on a perm basis (Didnt play)... then went on loan to Hereford United for one match
