Just out of interest, I notice Yann getting high marks, what did he do in his 25 minutes which earned him such marks? I only ask as I imagine it was a bit of defensive duties after reading about the battling display.

Yes mate, he was right in amongst it at the back. They were pretty much bombarding us for the last twenty as we did the usual and went too deep. He just seemed to be getting his head to everything.

when he first came on he was up front and he instigated a few attacks and just made us seem more dangerous, he then joined the bus and did as Baz said.

if he were 5 years younger he'd be in the premiership. No doubt for me

  • Hammer 8 v accurate distribution, safe when required
Wilson 8 had a bit of purpose about him today did both his jobs well
    Morrison 7.5 big
    Wood 7.5 bigger
    wiggins 7.5 viva!
Pritchard 7 don't get the critics, busy busy busy
Stephens 8 looked the part today
Cousins 7.5 lacked composure cpl of times but some touches sublime
Stewart 7 always available, beats his man and gets us forward
Sordell 7 perhaps generous but better than previously
Church 8.5 what a good finish
Kermorgant 7 it is clear that belief increases when he is on the pitch. excellent flicks and exchanges of passes with pritch to make progress up the pitch on several occasions.

Evina n/a thought he made very intelligent runs to receive ball and set up a couple of breaks.
