Don't blame Liverpool for not getting rid of him.

He might go mid season, I guess the issue is whether he will be eligible for the CL or whether there is a deadline he will have missed.
Obviously Liverpool are not in Europe so he can not be cup tied but not sure if he can play CL, there may be some restrictions there.
