He was on loan at Stuggart last season, playing 18 times but didnt score. 3 of those appearances were in Europe.

He hasnt got the greatest scoring record but he should be good for this level.

The kid's got talent. Needs confidence and nurturing and Mr Powell is probably the man to do it ( I hope, IF he joins...)

Can we do that being a Cat 2 Academy though?

We signed the royal baby, but when he started throwing his toys out of the pram, let him go

Someone from the SLP probably got that line off of here....
  • Macheda would be a great signing.

As I said earlier - Macheda has something like 1 in 2 for Italy U21's

His stats make him out to be pants because it's probably 10 or15 mins at the end of a game. A full season in the Championship feeding off someone like Kermorgant could be decent

He's got all the tools, but he really hasn't pulled up any trees. Would be a fascinating signing though. Good sign if MU see Charlton as a good spot for its promising players.

In the absence of a decent rumour! The wednesday one, above, isn't (a) a rumour or (b) anything we care about.
    So the latest on FR:
    11 Jul 2013 14:37:53
charlton still have work to do
richard wood to finalise things after spain trip
2 strikers are needed as kermorgant is the only proven striker
jon obika is 90% in it just needs finalising
the other striker has caused debate as we have a few people who are rumoured to it but not quite solid yet
cedric evina I think will stay because I think his agent is just stirring some stuff
maybe a winger aswell and danny green out on loan and that should be the summer wrapped up
    From someone on here?

Maybe this is where we're going wrong with our transfer strategy? We are obviously not offering enough 'happy finishes' to parent clubs, agents, etc

Could Manchester United striker Federico Macheda be on the move again? According to reports in Italy, both Fiorentina and Parma are considering an approach to United to try to sign Macheda. The 21-year-old, who enjoyed a memorable debut against Aston Villa four years ago, had a stint on loan at Stuttgart last season, and has also taken in spells at Sampdoria and Queens Park Rangers.
