Didn't go there but from what I heard Brighton away was something else. Brighton totally smashed us yet we stood
tall and showed people the true Charlton spirit!

Yeah that was a great evening, i'm from Brighton and that game meant a lot for me. We were simply brilliant a tactical masterclass from the Charlton team.

I saw Solly score moment at Blackpool. It was a belter and the joy from Chris the team and the fans topped off a great day and summed up this current squad.

Barnsley 6-0 only comes second because we'll probably see another game with six Addicks on the scoresheet before we see the two-time POTY score again.

Very pleased for all those who were at the Cardiff game. Would have loved to be part of that.

The 1st goal of the season, Leon Cort against Birmingham.

Went absolutely mad when we took the lead against Palace at Selhurst as well. Great noise from our end.

    Birmingham away was special

    First half against palace.

Burnley away. Had 2 hours sleep the night before, hungover on a long coach journey. We missed a penalty if I recall, then Haynes made it all worth it when he scored a header to take all 3 points home.

Corts goal at Birmingham was a great moment.

That and JJ's winner at Watford.

Barnsley away - couldn't and still can't believe what I saw
    Cort's goal at Birmingham.
Biggest disapointment - not being able to get to the Cardiff (5-4) game.

Home- Bolton at home. Massive win, could of been a different story had we not picked up the points that day.

Away- Watford. Simply because we never looked so dangerous going forward.

    Charlton 5-4 Cardiff.

After the hammering at Middlesborough, thought we were due another hiding. Could've have been more wrong!

Cardiff at home, my middle lad, had to hide in the bar for the last 2-3 minutes.
Also Palace away, it doesnt matter if they finished ahead of us, what a crock of shite that football club is!

Bradley P. in the first minute at Boro. We believed miracles could still happen.....
Finished four points short, we'll do better next season.

    Yes I second that!

Apart from all the above, betting £5 on us beating Bristol City 4-1 and pocketing £125! Very nice cherry on the cake.

Definitely the Cardiff home game. From 2 down to the crowd getting right behind the team to scoring the 5th and then watching them almost clawing back a draw. And to think Cardiff won the league!!!!

I think the great thing about that game was that they didn't smash us. They looked sharp and up for it but they didn't create too many chances and we had a couple of decent ones ourselves.

Def Cardiff at home and Watford away for me.

The dejected figure of SCP on the touchline transformed into a disbelieving but ecstatic , proud gaffer together with the noise level generated from The Faithful and the way JJ took the game by its wotsits ....unforgettable evening !

Getting the better of the Tom Daley lookalikes on NYD with some stunning football & great goals , the brilliant atmosphere in the away end and the sheer topsy turvy nature of that match .....fan(ny) dabbydozy !

    In terms of football
    Home - Cardiff
    Away - Blackburn/Cardiff/Watford

    Off the field stuff
Fella behind me hurling abuse at Pritchard before he scored against Brighton, the whole of where I sit in North Upper turned and looked to watch him slump into his seat

Highlights for me were Cardiff at home, showed why we need a three goal cushion sometimes :) Fantastic spirit and fantastic support.
Both aways I went to were 0-0, (Millwall and Brighton) both fab in their own way though, committed teamwork won the point.
Also enjoyed Pritch's scuffed goal against Brighton and the reaction of the rest of the team.
    And the fightback against Bolton.

I think when solly smashed that millwall midfielder about 10 foot in the air at the den was à Great moment. I knew then we were not going to bottle it that day.

  • Running Millwall all over thier own manor and generally taking the piss.

The atmosphere at Sellout was pretty special too.

Match - Watford away. Barnsley was great, but Watford made me glad I got up early on New Years Day when I nearly stayed in bed.
