    Is it still going to be turned into flats? Saw a planning permission application for the site months ago, but the pub seems to be surviving against the odds...

    horse&groom is much nice... with a lick of paint it looks much more spacious ... it now has a fair sized beer garden and even a bottled beer and cider bar in the beer garden. best pub in charlton FACT

    The Valley for me as well. Absolute shitehole but easy to get a beer.
