Do any of you guys know how the above affects us.Are we a Class Two academy and if so do I take it that any club could come in and take players of our hand for a fixed fee.
If so I do not see the difference to the existing system as clubs have always been doing this.

    Come to Bromley Addicks next Wednesday and ask Paul Hart and Nathan Jones.

    We are Cat 2 but going for Cat 1 in Feb 2013.

    Not any club can take our players for a fixed fee just Cat 1.

    Huge, huge difference in that before there was no fixed fee and clubs in lower league didn't get a big multimillion pound payment as they will now.

    Also the higher the Cat the earlier you can sign youngsters.
