    Ball forward to Hayes, intercepted, Williams tries to latch on but Hamer clears, we come forward with Hayes who nearly falls over, hammered away by Flanagan out for a throw.

    Sounds pretty dire to be honest. Its either going to be a 3 or 4 goal defeat or a smash and grab. Can't see it ending level.

    Feature of the half - comments relating to long balls. If we are going to do that (and we shouldn't) then Yann needs to come on. Atleast the ball might stick up top.

    Not a good start, but it's not over. Our worst half of the season and the good thing is it's only 1-0.

    Keep the faith, I'm confident Powell will get the boys up for this and will avoid defeat.

    We play long balls when defence plays too deep because midfield without the support get outnimbered. Will have to take a few risks I think and play higher up the pitch second half.

    Hope Powell has a go at them and it will improve the 2nd half performance.

    Mk Don 60% to Charlton's 40% possesion. Not good.

    So it appears our worst 45 minutes of the season has come at the exact stage we had our worst 45 minutes two years ago, when we had an identical record.

    The comparisons with two seasons ago so far is just spookily scary

    yes, maybe it's because of how the season has gone but I believe we will be a different side second half.
