Nord VPN

Have just loaded Nord VPN via the CAFC website as I’m off to Norway tomorrow. Having opened it and tried to connect, it tells me I am using an older, unsupported version, and I can’t connect. There is a link to “Update now” which doesn’t work and an option to download the new version from the website, which I’ve done, but I still get the same message that I’m using an older version. So completely stuck! Does anyone know how to solve this? Thanks!
