no your not being wooshed but i think i have been or was and still am - don't get why the whole block was blanked out then ? anyway, i've got a ticket so don't really matter - might be a bonus actually as could be easier to get onto the pitch this time - i still blame keohane or dangerfield or somebody - not the ticket office people obviously

Many have been wooshed by that shit ticket website today, but it's pretty much all good as all season ticket holders have their tickets and bonus extras, albeit not in their own seats, bit no one has missed out.

@DOUCHER if you still want your reserved ST seats (which will stay as reserved until 11am Tuesday), go to the tickets page, if signed in click on your name in top right and then click on the word here in the alert box

Think this is a bit over the top. And on the away details, it’s most likely a delay from the Wycombe side. Can’t start selling tickets until we have confirmed how many we have to sell

Not at all over the top when you can't buy your own season ticket seats. Its offers only mine, not my wife's as well, and when I click on all the required 'here' 'proceed' etc it takes me back to a page which wants me to buy season tickets which I have already done. It is a total shambles.

Is it OTT to think that club could be prepared when they had a week to sort out their IT and staff the ticket office and think about having it open for people to come to Valley to buy Home leg. Away leg again they have a week to sort this out with Wycombe and Stockport they know Away allocation so could have posted how they will prioritise the Away ticket sales. Of course i was joshing that Nathan could give the ticket team a bit of a b*****g but think he may need to give them a pep talk "IF' we get to Wembley that its not a shambles

ha ha ....sorry its basic stuff to have a ticket office which functions, is staffed properly and an online ticketing system which is easy to use and a comms dept which are on it ?

Of course it is.
But it's been so shite for so long most fans just accept the appalling service because we can't do anything about it.

Recieved a reply to my email timed at 18.41saying my missing ST seat has now been linked, someone doing overtime. I do not envy their job at the moment. I think they should have postponed selling of home tickets for a few days until the away tickets had been sorted they would have had a clear week to sell tickets for the home game.

S/T seats greyed out/blocked out/reserved for S/T holders to purchase.
The rest greyed out because S/T holders bought them as they couldn't work out how to buy their reserved S/T seat.

I think some people on this thread are aping the Stuwall denseness, I fear that quite a lot aren’t though.

If you’re using an iPad, as I was, you don’t get the “benefit” of being able to hover over a word or line and see it open as a hyperlink. It shouldn’t have been difficult for the Club to have made the word “here” either a different colour or underlined to show that it was this word only that was the link.

It also didn’t help that the second potential link, on the ticket page itself, was broken until about 11.40, so people couldn’t access their ST from there either.

It’s been explained much better subsequently by fans than it was by the Club.

Exactly Tel and I couldn't get our S/T seats at 11.35, so bought 2 others and then went back in and tried 10 mins later & the link etc was there and working, so ended up doing 2 seperate transactions, thanks to the heads up on here.

Apologies haven't read the thread, nothing available in the North stand If you want more than 1 together. This is probably due to season ticket seats being reserved. Worth the risk of waiting till general sale to get in the North stand (perferred) over the Curbs?

I would personally.
It appears that a substantial amount of S/T seats will go on general sale as fans couldn't work out how to buy their reserved seat, so bought alternatives.

Yeah I've sat there a few times of latest and it's not been bad at all. I do prefer the North and its where I've always sat for big games. But easier to get on the pitch when we win from the Curbs!
