Apart from the ST seats that will become available tomorrow from either those you can't go or those who have bought other seats because they couldn't seem to bag their seats.
Just catching up on this, so despite people's season ticket seats being reserved for them until 11am tomorrow, loads of people have been trying to log in with the general sale at 11am, haven't worked out how to get their own seats, and have then decided to buy seats in completely different locations instead, and are then emailing and phoning up to then get the club to move the tickets they've bought, to the seats already reserved for them anyway?
The system in place has been explained many times, it's not the ticket office who need a bollocking, it's our fans buying other seats, moaning and then creating more work and queues by them ringing/emailing the TO to make changes.
ST seats are held until 11am tomorrow, absolutely zero need for people to panic buy.
I’d like to like and lol this. Like because yes some haven’t read the instructions properly or not realised their seat is greyed out as it’s reserved for them but also lol because the link provided by the club is ambiguous and the ‘here’ you have to click wasn’t a different colour, or highlighted or underlined or anything. But in general I agree there has been a degree of panicking seeing as seats are held until 11am tomorrow. Seeing as the game is Thursday week I do feel the club could have held seats for at least a further 24 hours and I don’t agree with fans being able to buy up to six tickets.
This is starting to get like the thread years ago about the Millwall fan called Lee Wall who was posting on one of their message boards about his season ticket seat being sold.
We all laughed at how thick he was, this is going that way.
What, we’re going to laugh at him again?
In fairness StuWall was trying to buy a ticket for a league game he already had a ticket for. Its not the same! No one has been thick here, tge system just failed many of us and caused mass confusion.
No Stu Wall was trying to.buy his own season ticket seat for an FA cup game. It was reserved. As in reserved for him to buy as the season holder.

But they had to set something in stone about the selling of the tickets incase we finished 5th and had to play this coming weekend. If they had gone by your suggestion then people will be moaning that it was too short notice.
Club need to provide Charlton fans some in house training on ticket purchasing. We are not premiership ready at all, so come on everyone we need to stand up and be counted here.
Great to see it so busy, but people should just take a breath and consider that their seat had been reserved.

I know “here” wasn’t in another colour, maybe it should have been. But it did say “click here” in the English language and, if you did indeed click here, you were taken to the page showing your ST seats.
Daughter was able to log in and get our tickets. People moaning about people moaning is not helping IMO. Some of the issues are down to people not following the club's instructions (which is to be expected) but far more are down to the site not recognising fans it was quite happy to recognise last week when I renewed our season tickets. And this on a bank holiday when there's probably no tech support and no way of reporting it to anyone who can do anything about it.
I'm sure we'll sell out, but half the group I sit with have had the same issues with the login failing.

I believe it was a league game, possibly against us. But I can't search the charltonlife archives on my phone. Someone will be able to confirm!
I’ve been trying to buy home tickets in our ST seats for myself and my 9 year old son. When I click on the link to buy my ST seat it only give the option for my seat and not my son. Very irritating.
If I can’t get through on the phone (been trying all day) then I’ll have to take my chances on nabbing the seats when they come off reserved tomorrow morning.

Except for many people you weren't taken to the ticket as the link didn't work...it was corrected later in the day tbf.
Do the club do refunds? I’ve got 2 in North B block I don’t want as I bought my own seat in the end
Match ticket holders that wish to obtain a refund on a home match ticket must ensure that the tickets are in possession of the ticket office no later than 24 hours prior to the time of kick-off. Only the match ticket value will be refund. https://www.charltonafc.com/policies/ticketing

The initial tickets on general sale for the Addicks’ play-off semi-final second leg against Wycombe Wanderers at The Valley on Thursday, May 15th have now sold out.
Any un-sold season ticket seats will be released for general sale at 11am on Wednesday, May 7th. This release was initially set for 11am on Tuesday, May 6th and has been moved back 24 hours to allow the club's ticket office to cope with the high demand around play-off tickets.
Supporters should be aware that due to demand email ticket confirmation on tickets purchased, is taking slightly longer than normal to come through for some.
We understand some supporters have had challenges with purchasing tickets. We apologise for any inconvenience. Should fans have any challenges, issues or queries, the quickest way to get support will be by emailing tickets@cafc.co.uk. The ticketing demand means the response to these queries is taking slightly longer than normal but team are working hard to respond to these queries.
we are gonna have to hand out songsheets for the covered end upper coz it looks like we're all gonna be sitting in a different part of the ground from normal and the johnny come latelys will be filling the covered end - which stand will the drummer be in ?
Blimey just taken a look at the seat map. Expecting some release of ST seats tomorrow at 11am but remarkable how quickly these have sold. We are back
A great many season ticket holders have bought elsewhere because they mistakenly thought their season ticket seat had been sold because it was greyed out, in effect it had been reserved for them, until 11am tomorrow. Gonna loads of tickets released at 11am.
I could see how to get my season ticket seat in north upper but I wanted 3 together there. The whole area was greyed out so decided to get 3 together in west stand. Had no other issues.

Hope they give it back when they trundle back home 😁
