Yeah I was surprised when Rich said this , I assumed he'd want to play every week.

Cawley said he wanted to fight for his place. Either he's supremely confident or he thinks he can nudge ahead of Mannion for being second choice

Perhaps Mannion is the more likely to want to leave to guarantee playing time.

900k for somebody who got 3x as many goals and assists as TC last season seems like a good deal to me.

so i have had chats I've had with people at the club or connected have said around these numbers. Total spend of between 5-10m. Owners are 100% behind and back NJ, which is slightly a strange feeling but delightful and exciting to see!

Clearly not, but he would have been an improvement on TC. Fingers crossed we get someone in that is an improvement on both.
