MATCH THREAD : Peterborough Utd V Charlton Athletic : Saturday 22nd March 2025 : KO 15:00

Good afternoon everybody...
Welcome to another Match Thread, today we make the trip up to Cambridgeshire for what will no doubt be a very tricky and tight encounter with Peterborough United at the Weston Homes Stadium, a match that I feel we will do well in and travel back home with three points added to the total, this will be viewed by some as "Rose Tinted", but hey, my opinion....
Peterborough currently sit three places above the drop zone but have been doing fine lately unbeaten in the last seven games, but we too can boast a similar record, they do seem to have an ok record against us, so I do expect it will be very close come 5pm

We've met on 30 previous occasions, winning 10, Posh 12 and the remaining eight encounters resulting in draws., Maca headed home a late winner in the reverse fixture at The Valley last month.

Nathan says "There is a real possibility that [Josh Edwards] could feature this weekend", which will come as good news no doubt to everyone, but we will still be without AMB, and Kanu who sustained an ankle knock in Tuesday's U21 match, apart for that all seems to look good selection wise.

The Addicks will be wearing their yellow away kit today

Here we go
