I'm happy for him to be backup, but it won't be good news if he becomes player 1004!0

What’s he like with back passes? 🤦🏻♂️15

Signed and we lost immediately
Should cancel his contract just in case10 -
sensible signing, pity though that he's neither a striker or pacy midfielder .. welcome Dean0
-
Great that AMB has someone who he can speak to in his own language28
-
My only question is " Can he play up front ?"0
-
Why sign a third choice keeper , we already have two at the club15
-
I'm betting after today he's glad it's short term 😆1

Does he know the backpass rule? Can he kick it high and hard into the stands when it is passed back to him?6

Perhaps he's better than we currently have...0

He was outstanding on Saturday. Took to the bench like the experienced pro he is and really made it his own. Looked very comfortable throughout the game and didn't put a foot, or his backside, wrong. I have every confidence he'll turn out to be a great signing if he can keep this up.16

Clearly if we nurse through to the summer, a goalkeeper overhaul is an imperative.3 -

Makes sense as cover. Hopefully we won't need him. Warms my heart to see another Aussie in the team.1

Another Aussie? Maynard-Brewer is from Luton!!1

A few years old but he has a Charlton connection in that he's friends with Jonjo Shelvey after their time at Liverpool.

He remains in close contact with Tom Ince – with whom he played in the 2009 Youth Cup final – Jay Spearing, Martin Kelly and Jonjo Shelvey.1 -
Refreshing to see a Charlton player whose physique isn't too far off mine1

I noticed he was on the bench again yesterday. Does this mean AMB is injured for the playoffs?
If so would it be worth playing Bouzanis against Burton to ensure he has some competitive game time before the playoffs ? I think he has only played one match for Stevenage on loan earlier in the season in the Vertu Cup.
Ideally I wouldn't want him to be thrust into the playoffs in an emergency without any recent game time.3 -
Looked to have some real ball keepy uppy tekkers before the game.0

NJ mentioned losing Ash as another of the injuries this last week.1

Another reason to get rid of the hapless Brewer.1
