Park in any of the roads around the station, but even then you may have to search for a space. Belvedere is a better choice but fewer trains after the match.

Parked in Abbey Road in the end as I saw a space when driving past. Walked past the Gayton Road car park and there were one or two spaces but was pretty full so wouldn't rely on it in the future.
A good slightly left-field option for parking in general at Abbey Wood station is to park near Bexleyheath station usually free street parking nearby then jump on an SL3 bus which runs non-stop to Abbey Wood station in about 10-15 mins max. Takes all the stress away from trying to park at Abbey Wood.
