A M-B: 6 - no real chance with the goal. Escaped a yellow card for the handball but it was most certainly not a goal scoring opportunity RAMSAY; MoTM: 7.5 - given a tough time initially but got on top of his winger. Had a good second half, driving forward on a number of occasions and was one of the few Charlton players who could match Birmingham's physicality, speed and quality JONES; 7 - dominant in the air and assured throughout GILLESPHEY: 6 - defended his box well but was weak for Stanfield's goal. In fairness, players running at him with pace is not Macauley's strongest suit SMALL: 5 - got no change out of Cochrane but he won't be coming up against a player of that quality again this season BERRY: 4.5 - largely invisible in a midfield that was comprehensively outplayed COVENTRY: 5 - a poor error for the goal but he's been outstanding for us recently DOCHERTY: 5 - tried hard but could make no impact and, like the rest of the side, found it hard to retain possession in the face of Birmingham's relentless closing down EDWARDS: 7 - a thoroughly committed and resolute performance GODDEN: 5 - had next to no service T.CAMPBELL: 4 - his worst game of the season. He's had a fine season and will bounce back MANNION: 6 - a quiet second half ANDERSON: 4.5 - couldn't control the ball and make any impact KANU: 5 - struggled to get hold of the ball but at least had a shot Referee: 4 - poor decision making, compounded by a card-happy approach
