    It's Birmingham. They're just this
  • Good drive out of defence from Ramsay but then he tries a very difficult ball into Godden, who was all alone, instead of a simple ball to Small in the right channel.
  • AMB is struggling with left leg
I think that's just his standard passing game
  • Campbelllllllll
Well you made that sound like a goal....
Sorry! More frustration at the bad cross
  • We’ve become very sloppy as the game went on!
no real bite in midfield, nor creativity.

get TC out wide and get Leaburn on

Same in the previous two games - obviously quite deliberate.
  • Been outplayed which is to be expected considering how much money Birmingham have spent.

However we are also still in this, not been totally dominated, and the longer it stays 1-0 they more chance I think we have of scoring.
  • For the most part we’ve limited them to shots outside the box. Sloppy goal to give away but should also probably be down to 10. Still in the game
  • Point being proved here that if Small can’t dominate his man physically, he has nothing else to offer. Not ready for the Championship yet.
Bit harsh. He’s barely had any opportunities given the general lack of controlled possession we’ve had in their half.

  • Genuinely can’t stand Stansfield
I've got all her albums.   you leave Lisa alone.
  • Credit to Birmingham when they've actually played Football, they've learnt from the two games at the Valley where we pressed them, put them under all kinds of pressure and just couldnt cope.

    We cant get near them
  • Been fairly comprehensively outplayed. No shame in that as Birmingham are a good team.

But time to try something different in the second half. We need someone to hold the ball up up front so I hope either Aneke or Leaburn come on at half time.

You could also even see one of the midfield 3 going off and Anderson coming on to try and shake things up a bit.

You might be right but he hasn't had much of the ball. Had maybe two runs at their full-back, both when they'd doubled up. He looks nervous as do the rest of the team. If you judged our midfield similarly, you'd have to draw the same conclusion.
  • They are better than us right across the pitch. We are trying hard but the keeper gives me the willies and TC might as well not be playing. Probably a game for a Leaburn type target man but we need something that I don’t think we have.

  • every single touch on their players they go down, they moan, they pull up and ask for a free kick.

they don't need to either, theyre clearly better than us and i reckon if they just played football all day they'd beat us comfortably

They are a bunch of entitled pricks - I'm sure their fragile egos are massaged everyday being told how amazing they all are.

  • 1-0 down away to league leaders is not a disaster. Jones has proven in past he can get the players going more after HT.

Major issue is Birmingham seem like the kind of team who are happy to cheat the ref in to lots of decisions.
  • Stansfield is easy to hate, earthworm Jim looking prick
  • Jones has some decisions to make. Campbell and Small have not been in the game up to the 44th minute when Campbell provides our best moment. He either sacrifices one or changes the shape as the pair of them are reproducing the performance they gave Tuesday night and we can't afford to carry players today.
  • I'm fairly confident that Cochrane will play Premier League football in the future, no shame in Small not dominating him
  • Point being proved here that if Small can’t dominate his man physically, he has nothing else to offer. Not ready for the Championship yet.
We're up against a quality championship level team. We would be bossing any other L1 team even with the weaknesses on show today. No big deal. Not really fair to write anyone off.
That doesn’t disagree with anything I’ve said though. He’ll probably be unplayable again next week. Point is he’s wasted jumping ship in the summer and he needs to recognise that.

He’s better off sticking around because he still has a lot of his game to work on.
  • We are very lucky not to be down  to 10 men. They were a better team than us in every department first half.
Berry and Docherty being ineffective, and TC not on his game.
60 minutes and Gilbert, Anderson and maybe Kanu on so we can press them.

He’s had the ball plenty of times, probably the most of any of our attacking players. And he’s been dispossessed almost immediately most of the time.
  • I would rather languish in this league for another year than have a team like that. Absolutely self entitled twats!

Still they live in Birmingham…good god. No thanks
