The display showing dates of posts has gone a bit weird.

Yep I've got a weird date format too, not the end of the world, but a little annoying2

Seems to be OK on "today's" posts where it just shows ther time - but older posts look strange...0

If you hold your mouse pointer over the weird date format it gives you the exact date/time of the post. (Perhaps it has always done that and I never noticed.)0

Older posts seem to be showing wither the year and the month, which seems only to happen for this month, or the year and the day of the month, but not the month, for older posts.2

Yep, it always has done.
