I was actually wondering I have a copy of A Childhood's End (where Charlton is mentioned) is that museum worthy (in the Ace collection)?

I’m sure a book called London Irish by Zane Radcliffe mentions Charlton in it, it’s over 20 years since I read it. I’ve still got it, which check to see if that’s the case.

I think they knew each other from South London.  Nick was too much of a gentleman to say anymore.
