Very very sad news. Always had the time of day for a chat and you'd be hard pressed to find someone who followed the club how he did. My thoughts with Steve, Emily, and the rest of his family. RIP Kevin.
Sad news. In my youth I had ambitions to be a sports journalist and Kevin was kind enough to read some of my reports of Charlton games in the 80s and critique them - always honestly but always sensitively. A lovely man. RIP.
Devastating news. Had the privilege to share his company on a number of occasions not just Charlton related but a holiday to the west of Ireland some years ago that will always live fondly in my memory. An absolute gem of a man. My thoughts are with Hazel and family x

Reading his match reports he always “watched the same game as me”. RIP Kevin.
RIP legend, you will be missed
I was fortunate enough to have met him when he hosted a tour of the Valley.
A lovely man.
RIP.
A sad bit of news. RIP
Didn't know Kevin but do recall getting a verbal warning from him after some "robust" tackling when he ref'd our sports day footie at junior school.
Kevin was a good friend, a fine independent, individual and loving man.
RIP Kevin.
