He’s a Wolves fan
The guy put millions of pounds into Charlton, most of which he wrote off, and a huge amount of time as a director over 30 years. Fine to call out his decisions, and I have, but I think that qualifies him as a fan.
I think he came across as quite passionate at the EGM when we delisted from plc status. Certainly proved he cared, as his opening line after first question. " Look, do you want a 10 point deduction or not?" He has made some subsequent ill-advised decisions but made one very important decision in 1995 that will always keep him in credit.
