Lots of talk of the impact of the programme on attendances. I don’t have Disney+ so haven’t seen it and wondered if I’m the norm or the outliner?

Can we have another poll asking who has seen Deadpool vs Wolverine?
I only enjoyed Sunderland til I die because of how much despair there was on show.
What an insight into foreign owners who know nothing about English football.
also never watched the Sunderland, Man City,Burnley or anyone else’s series.
Murphys Mob was about my limit
I don't mind Reynolds and Mcelhenney from what they've stared in but I don't need to watch a documentary about a Welsh football club to see them playing toned down roles of Deadpool and Mac.
Don't have any hate for the club and what they've achieved and nor does their global twitter fan base bother me, (good for a laugh though) it's the media love in, The pair of them don't actually go to that many games (according to the internet) but you wouldn't believe it. From what I understand they're not hands on or cringey and let the football people do football things.
It's just a well run club that has built on early success that happens to be owned by a Hollywood a lister and Rob McElhenney.
Murphys Mob was peak football TV for me, nothing else will ever come close so even if we (god forbid) did one, I wouldn’t watch it.
Was pleased for them as a town as it's lifted them and given them a boost when I don't expect it's the most prosperous of places.
The pub landlord was chatting to my boy as we got off train last night and whilst the fawning over their visit was gut wrenchingly cringeworthy all their fans on the trains etc seemed decent normal people many of whom whilst grateful for the way the Hollywood boys have lifted them out of the doldrums do have a feel of where were you when we were shit about the sudden bandwagon jumpers.
I'll probably feel like that if the planets aligned and we ever jumped up the leagues (lolz) and suddenly saw the Valley filled like yesterday for league fixtures I'd be a bit irked with the glory hunting stay aways. However after years of this malaise and turgid, uninspiring Saturdays I'm sure I'd suck it up for a regularly full buoyant Valley. No half n half scarves though. Never half n half scarves.
One thing it did better than the Sunderland Netflix was it really gave an insight into the players' lives and how they are just young men facing the same (and often worse) issues as 'normal people'....miscarriages, potential terminal illness of spouses, autistic children etc and all of the horrific challenges that come with it.
Blokes like Paul Mullin come across in it as nothing short of remarkable men and whilst I was hoping everything he and Palmer touched yesterday turned to shit I couldn't help but have huge respect for Mullin having got a real insight into him as a man through the programme.
Fuck their right back that took out Tyreece though....he got a proper angry balding middle aged man telling what for.
Parky comes across as less likeable than I remember!
My favourite bit was when they described Ben Foster as like the Michael Jordan or Tom Brady of football!
It's decent though - they do well mixing the club stuff with the community stuff.
Didn't enjoy it as much as Sunderland till I Die though, not sure if that says something about me and schadenfreude.
I'm really pleased for the fans and the town of Wrexham, both of which have really gone through it in the last 20 years.
The American owners come across really well and appear to want to do something special for the community, not just the club.
Are you Roland in disguise ?🤣
