Can some ID the footballer in this picture ?

An old friend has asked me to ID the 2 people in this picture. Her (late) Dad is in this picture, he drove the players coach years ago. I know one -  any idea who the other is ?  Looks familiar but I can't name him. She did give me permission to post. Any help gratefully received.
