Just listened to the 1st half of the show and good points raised by Louis, Tom and Benji. The 4-4-2 worked yesterday as it surprised Birmingham as we played the box midfield; It also surprised Charlton fans ! As Benji said against other teams would it be the correct formation ? Do we need the Plan A and B with our formations to keep the opposition guessing ? Like Louis, I like the 3-5-2 but CAFC never play it that well. After a few games of utter confusion against Blackpool, Stevenage and Rovers where the press disappeared, this was a quantum leap forward.
