Shame that inconsistent refereeing killed them there.

Not sure what  the difference between the two “fouls” one not given to Tamworth & the other given to Spurs.

Tamworth's was much more of a foul

Tamworth have a lot of justification to feel hard done by by the ref here.
  • Tamworth's pitch looks good.  We need to poach their groundsman.

The unfairness of no replays any more.

And on another note I think the way the draw is done needs to be rethinked. I noticed (and said on here) that when the 3rd round was drawn the people taking the balls our of the "hat" weren't really mixing the balls up enough. They get told to "give the balls a stir" and all the do is swirl them around. You can see the balls just moving around the bowl without really changing places. It actually needs a hand (or two) to actually grab the balls and give them a good mix.

Iirc about half a dozen balls in the 50's all got drawn together.
    Total clown
I can only assume that you & the other few posters who have commented on this post didn't actually watch the 3rd round draw.

You could actually ses the balls being "stired" and not changing position with any other balls. If you've ever baked a cake you'll know what's needed to get "air" into the dough.

But that's enough about the 3rd round draw. Let's hope the 4th round is drawn better and balls numbered 10-20 aren't all drawn out together.

Was the 5th pen, to win the tie.

Instead, Doncaster turned it around and won 5-4 on penalties.

If anyone knows about being a groundsman it's you Paddy!

2-0 Spurs. Great stuff. At least we wont be going out to Tamworth in the 4th round. And might get the chance of going to the new White Hart Lane.

Stamina or lack off now taking over in this game. Tamworth have made Spurs look clueless and some of the players wondering do they deserve to be in the Prem.

The difference in fitness told at the end. Tamworth will be disappointed they didn't win that in normal time.

Levy is the source of the attitude problems at Spurs (see the 'finalists watch' story), changing manager won't make a difference.

Going to BBC 1 for Arsenal V Man United KO but Ange Postecoglou is lucky to get away with that. A pass to the guy who claims to be related to George Weah and Spurs are Tommy tonked out the cup and Ange would have to own that result.

Edit: Gone to BBC red button 601 to watch Bromley and nearly go 2-0 up at St James's park.

Why are Arsenal wearing white with no names on their shirts ?? Is it like Villa yesterday & wearing some retro kit ?  If so Man U missed a trick & should have worn  their usual red kit.

Arsenal are in their all white kit today. It’s part of their No More Red campaign to raise awareness of the work they do in their anti-knife crime campaign and against youth violence.

Lack of replays is genuinely an absolute disgrace.

They do this once a season as part of their "no more red" campaign in relation to knife crime

I've heard that a filmmaker who did conspiracy documentaries on JFK and Princess Diana has lined up 'the 3rd round sticky balls drop" as his next project.

Fair enough. But why not have the players names on the shirts. I notice the still have the sponsors name on the front so......
