2024-25 CL Prediction League Week 3 Results

Let's start this week with a mention for @ChicagoAddick. But where do I start? Firstly, @ChicagoAddick was the highest scorer of the week and biggest riser of the week from the National South to join the Premier League elite. Then, there's this week's Zero to Hero winner. But there's more, as @ChicagoAddick is the first person in the proud history of the Prediction League to score 8 points. As one of the scorers of a bonus point awarded to anyone who is the only person to get the correct score for any game, 8 points are now possible. Indeed, it is technically possible to score 13 points in one week now. More mentions are also appropriate. @GeorgeE bagged an impressive 7 points and takes top spot in the Premier League. A mention too for Hopeful Harriet, who religiously banks on Charlton to win 2-0 and Millwall and Palace to lose 2-0. If only Millwall had shipped a couple of goals at Hull, and Hopeful Harriet would have been popping champagne corks. As it is, Harriet is in fourth place in the Premier League, while Pessimist Pete is bottom of the pile. This week, there are the first results for the Noughty Step. Remember, if you score zilch any week, you will end up on the Noughty Step and miss the chance to be the last one to avoid the Noughty Step. Amongst all this big news, let's not forget @Beardface and @alan dugdale, who both scored a very worthy 6 points. For some reason, I'm hoping Harriet wins the Prediction League this season. Charlton winning 2-0 every week and Palace and Millwall losing 2-0 makes weekends so much better.
