  • I reckon at least 2k Bolton fans will be there.
  • One will be sitting next to me in the west stand! :-0
  • I was presuming they would sell out.
  • Was with a few orient fans on Saturday after the game and a few of my lot were giving them stick about not selling out.

    Surely all relative.

    For me personally
    Stevenage
    Wrexham
    brum

will be my only away unless we do something interesting in fa cup/playoffs.

Trouble is, unless you do other aways, or have a mate who does, you might struggle to get a ticket for at least one of those, possibly two of them.

wrexham allocate 1,500 tickets by the look of it, Stevenage allocate 1,400 but can increase it to 2,000 if they use part of the main stand
  • Bolton will bring 2k I reckon
which isn’t amazing but a lot more than we’d take to the reverse fixture but they will have a good few fans local to London
  • I'd be surprised if they don't sell out , usually travel really well and seem to have a lot of London based fans too. Although it being in August might impact it slightly.

They’ve updated the page and reworded it for the number but the sales number could not of increased that much if they still mention ‘1,000’. £39 for the coach sounds a bit steep

  • Clive Myrie and the Vixen from the Chase are from Bolton.

    I rest my case
  • I would put us as a similar size club to Bolton so comparing the numbers with like for like but also stating that they will have a heavy London base to boost theirs
    nothing more nothing less

Agreed, I went to Bolton midweek in April? 2015, we had around 300, Bolton would easily have brought 600 in the same circumstances.

Old shirt sponsor and supermarket on half the away end.
  • I try not to judge too much on anyone's attendances, especially when ours are quite low, particularly at home. Fair play to any fan who follows their team home or away in this league, as the football on display a lot of the time is quite boring.

I wish we had more seats filled at the Valley, beautiful stadium, easy to get to, and in general a nice atmosphere on match days. Bloody glory hunters.

This is a very interesting game. Bolton are definitely a top six team in this league and I am keen to see how we compare. They have weaknesses though which makes it all the more interesting.
  • They didn’t look that fluent against a workmanlike Wrexham. It’s about time we beat them at home .
