From the initial tests it appears that most users can reply to inbox messages but not create new ones at the moment. Unfortunately the initial attempt at a fix didn't work, so Lookout's having to do some more digging. In the mean time, if you need to create a new PM conversation with someone, tag me on this thread and I'll sort it out, although response may be a bit slow over the weekend, as I'm off visiting family.
Ah, so that’s why my stolen promote hasn’t been re-instated. All those message I sent to all of the mods must have gone missing. 😁
