That means unless they give him an extension contract, we will not see Onel again. Was it worth it?

So other than another long term injury being picked, no news on anyone returning.

Slightly worrying comment when he says the events of last weekend have coincided with 'some internal issues'

Yeah I didn’t buy that he meant injuries etc there

Probably on pretty low wages. He was a warm body at a time when we desperately needed warm bodies so I think it was worth it even if he didn't pull up any trees.

For Gods sake just tell the fans when you think the injured players will be back. Give them some good & uplifting news for once !

I think the interview had hints of loaned forwards returning.

I don’t know how I feel about this. League 1 to the Championship is already a huge jump and we’re recalling them from League 2. Kelman was the top goal scorer in League 1 last season and could only manage 1 goal until injury. I just don’t think Kanu and Mbick are the answers to our problems. I would rather try to poach a current championship striker that isn’t getting much game time at their current club.

I'd be happy to recall one of them on the 2nd January, as we desperately need numbers. We can always send them back on the 31st January.

Leaburn can barely move and Tanto has the fitness levels of an 80 year old lifelong smoker - bringing Kanu back for a couple of weeks until we can get somebody else in would probably be a decent idea as he’s very good at pressing and it’s clear we are missing that from Kelman being injured.

The way it sounded was that Charlie would be back around Christmas, but if not, you bring Kanu back for January and get a runner back in the team

Leaburn currently seems to just throw himself to the floor for free kicks when under pressure

So... hoping if we recall one its Mbick*

*caveat that is if we stay up in the end

I'll triple your payout if that happens. Just pay me your stake.

Im on about the same was almost 50-1 when I put money down, as long as we survive he really needs stay there till end of season. They're managing his minutes really well sounds like one of the first names on the sheet but manager not been over playing him so he's stayed super fit from highlights I've watched

I agree, because he doesn't have the ability at this level (as of right now) to do anything better.

I stopped betting on top league goal scorers when I realised that the top scorers tend to be bought/sold in the January window.
