I knew from seeing him play for the Wombles at the Valley that he was a good player, it's very pleasing that he has now settled down with us and is playing so well again
As is the average mark of our players, over the course of the season, being 6.02 and the Refs' average being 4.98. Given we would possibly be in the relegation zone but for Reading's points deduction and the fact that Port Vale have played three games less than us (would only need two points to be above us), the Refs we've had are either consistently of National League standard or we, as fans, like to automatically knock a couple of points off because, well, they are a breed that we can blame for our own inadequacies.
