What is this 8 plus 8 plus 8 crap? Does that mean if we have 8 top L1 players we then aim for average ones? How many of the current squad would be considered in the elite 8? You could argue 3, some may argue 7 (not me). Would they class Fraser as an elite L1 player? Surely you try to get 16 elite L1 players and if you manage 10 you might not be far off!

Also, a focus on the matchday experience needs success on the pitch which has the biggest positive factor in the matchday experience. Without that, initiatives won't work as most of us go to see us win more often than not!
