Leyton Orient 1978? I can't find the date, as the game was abandoned at HT when it was 0-0 My first ever game, went there with the Cubs, a rather random ground really 18/08/2009 - we won 2-1, so around 31 years
Not as a away fan but went to the Goldstone last game they played there back in 97. Went back to their new ground farmers/amex back in I think 2016 so nearly 2 decades.

and a special mention must go to Port Vale I went there 3 times in the 90's and not been back since the 1-0 win with the free coach travel, would break my record if I go back any time soon.
