The only Direct from corner goals I can recall are both Bartlett Headers vs Liverpool. The winner at Anfield in the 0-1 in front of the Kop & the one at the Valley to put us 1-0 up only to lose 1-2 think that one was from a Murphy Corner.
Haven't analysed the stats to see if it's accurate, but we appear to have tightened right up defending them too. There have of course been blips, but we do seem to attack the ball in, and the second ball a lot better than we have for some time. We've had a few little periods of sustained aerial stuff to deal with, and on the whole, cleared our lines pretty well.
Meanwhile, with Sodje around It's so nice to feel we pose a genuine threat.

Was Karkouri v Arsenal Direct or a Touch off cannot remember?
Have we EVER scored from a corner? - well, since Phil Chapple anyway!
Touch off.
It can't of been this season, so work backwards from Man U away
Christ we get one in about 12 months, when Arsenal won the league with George Graham, they scored about 25 with the new post flick on !
worrying statistic though...
Or Mooney v MK Dons
Dailly v Wycombe
We're better at corners now than we were in the Premiership... (except the defences are much much worse)

Indeed it was. And was the cross to Mooney's goal from a free kick? I can't remember.
